This is the online request form for all new vendors interested in being considered for the 2016 Fall for Fairfax KidsFest event. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee placement at the 2016 event. This form ONLY indicates that you are asking to be considered for any open vending spaces for the event. Once all return vendors from the 2015 Festival are confirmed for 2016, the committee will know what, if any, openings are available for 2016. All new vendors will be required to submit references. If a new vendor is selected, he/she will be contacted by phone to discuss further logistics and answer any questions.
Septmeber 1st - All returning vendors are confirmed
September 7th - Any New Vending Operations Selected are Confirmed and Registered
September 21st -- Certificates of Insurance Due for Accepted Vending Operations
September 24th -- Confirmation Materials Sent Out for Accepted Vendors
